Welcome to our Aabhar Mahila Samiti

img The organization- The origin of Abhar Mahila Samiti happened during the year 2000. It was established by Mrs.Asha Devi Khare at Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh. Mrs.Khare was a homely lady who had a social vision as a rural woman. The social condition of her village Bilhari was pathetic. The village was of full of social evils such as exploitation of women, gambling, alcoholism, illiteracy etc. These situations lead her to work for the social development. She began to unite the rural women at her own level and started working at the village level. Till the year 2003, the thinking of the people got changed and Mrs.Asha Devi and her youth companions took the decision to form a society, get it registered and work for the people to have them their rights.
